I like that the strap is long enough even for me at 5'10. I can fit surprisingly many items in this bag for it's size. The design is great and I can use it for the office daily as well as for going out to dinner. Shipping fast also which is a big plus.

Love the design of the bag - simple,stylish and great for everyday use but also to pair with a fancier outfit if needed. The "Fawn" colour is really pretty as well! My favourite thing is the size as it fits all the usual items I need without being too large and bulky. I did have a minor issue with a couple of marks on the back of the purse and a glue streak on the front, but I just brought it into the store to exchange it for a new one and it was no problem.

I had my initials embossed on the back in the smaller font in gold. The letters were a little smeared which is unfortunate (hence my 4 star rating) but other than that I love it.
