Stay away from saffiano leather.
Saffiano leather is not pliable at all. I love the style and color of the purse but it is extremely stiff and I cannot easily access items in the purse without a struggle. I contacted customer service for assistance and the suggestion was to apply a leather conditioner which won’t help. Saffiano leather is coated with a wax and cannot absorb any product. I bought a very similar crossbody five years ago and it’s nothing like the new one. I cannot return the new because I removed all the tags, etc so it will collect dust in my closet. I’m going to dye the old purse and see how that goes.

Perfect crossbody.

I have 3 of these bags all with a detachable front chain. Ordered the DUSK color and the picture
clearly shows a detachable front chain. Not so when it came. The chain on front was not
removable. It was on permanently. Not good advertising. Returned and will not buy again.
