I open flap of bag and opening is very small to where it is hard to get my hand into bag. Snap on flap takes forever to snap to get it closed. This is the most I ever spent on a bag and the most disappointed I've ever been.

Outside pockets and gold features The bag is cute and neat if u want to bring small items with you may be able to fit an iPad but note a Mac book air which is what I needed it for not in the mood to return it so I’ll keep it as I’m sure I’ll take it on vacation with me when I do excursions and need to bring sunscreen and whatever else needed

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Backpack I haven’t used my new backpack yet but am looking forward to using it in the summer. I bought the bag in the colour Luggage and it looks stunning. Other reviewers mentioned the button closure being a challenge and I agree with that. I’m hoping with more use and items in the bag it may become easier to close. Even with that issue the backpack is beautiful.
