Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed This is my fourth Michael Kors crossbody bag, and frankly, a disappointment. Unlike the other 3, the strap feels flimsy, and the chain is about half the weight and thickness, and feels cheap.I would absolutely have returned it, I'd paid full price, but I'll keep it. Lesson learned, if I\m tempted to buy another.
