Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor quality and terrible customer service I was hoping to love this bag but when it arrived the quality was very poor. A lot of issues with the leather and stitching. The coating over the leather on the top where the glazing or coating at the top of the bag has several issues with bumping and some glazing coming off in multiple areas. With wear this will for sure start cracking and peeling off more. There are several areas around the top of the bag where leather pieces are exposed as well that should have been trimmed or sewn down. The stitching is very poor as well and all bunched up in some areas. On the sides of the bag the one side is dented in and even with trying to push out the dent it doesn’t come out. The other side is fine. Very disappointed with the customer service as well. Have reached out multiple times since I got the bag and haven’t heard back at all. Very frustrated and dissatisfied With the service as well as the quality. Multiple messages were sent over a months time looking for help and to discuss the issues and hopefully have a solution to have them resolved.
